OPERATIONS MANAGER

The Alzheimer Society of Ireland works across the country in the heart
of local communities providing dementia specific services and supports
and advocates for the rights of people affected by dementia to quality
supports and services.

Our vision is an Ireland where people affected by dementia are valued
and supported.

A national non-profit organisation, The Alzheimer Society of Ireland
advocates, empowers and champions the rights of people living with
dementia and their communities to quality support and services.

The ASI is currently recruiting an Operations Manager. This role will
play a pivotal role in delivering our services to the person with
Dementia and their carer and will ideally suit candidates who have
previously been responsible for geographically defined territories.
Regular travel to these areas will be required.

Reporting to the Head of Operations, the Operations Manager?s
primary responsibility is to deliver efficient and effective support
services to clients living with dementia and their families. This will
be achieved through the impactful, supportive, and delivery-focused
leadership of front line management within a specified territory.

With a strong focus on efficiency, systems and quality of care, the
Operations Manager will ensure consistently high standards are
achieved across all areas of his/her responsibility including good
working knowledge of care for the older person.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL:

* Have demonstrated significant achievements in a managerial role.
* Have experience working in a role with territorial
responsibilities.
* Be able to confidently make well-reasoned decisions, provide
consistent and excellence-oriented leadership and be motivated by and
committed to working with The Alzheimer Society of Ireland.
* Be a strong motivator of people.
* Possess and strong profit and loss skills and financial
negotiation skills.

This is a permanent contract working full time. Salary will be
commensurate with experience.
