focus upon implementing positive behaviour support, developing the
potential of each service user treating each person as unique, having
equal rights and entitlements as the rest of society does.

YOUR NEW ROLE:
Your new role is based with a renowned Disability service providing a
person-centred approach in a way that meets service user?s daily
needs and developing a range of skills such as living, social and
safety skills. Your new role will enable you to assist in enhancing
the quality of life of a service user which we all aspire to have.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED:
To succeed, you will need a minimum of a Level 7 on the QQI Framework
- BA in Social Care Studies or equivalent relevant qualification in
Health or Social Care. It is desirable that you have 2 years?
experience of working with vulnerable adults or adults with
intellectual disabilities along with an ability to follow, evaluate
and contribute to the further development of plans and methods to meet
the ongoing needs of individuals supported.
