What will you do

We are in the process of seeking out a leader that will work with the
Service business to understand and build out the key capabilities to
sell service solutions and execute on service packages to deliver
customer sustainability outcomes.

How you will do it

Align your ingenuity and innovative ideas with the global strategic
plan of the business.

Partner closely with key stakeholders to understand key capabilities
to accelerate growth and drive business revenues and deliver to our
customers.

Lead and develop key partner relationships with critical internal
clients to increase support and engagement with learning in alignment
with leaders&#**Apply on the website**; business priorities.

Develop & deploy key strategic capabilities programs to enable both
sales & service population grow our sustainability business

Positively impact customer loyalty and satisfaction by helping our
regional teams engage, embrace and perform in our new system.

Impact employees in the region by creating stimulating ways to help
them improve their performance at work.

Investigate new opportunities and participate in the development of
effective training that is impactful and inventive.

Work closely with the Design and Development Leader to ensure that the
learning experience and content are useful and relevant for diverse
learning audience(s).

Guide the project team to set learning priorities across a diverse and
constantly evolving landscape.

Partner with other leaders globally to share standard methodologies,
collaborate, and drive consistency across the organization, as we work
to deploy this global system.

Lead training budgets and allocations; prepare budgetary
recommendations that meet organization goals and provide for effective
management of resources.

Communicate and lead learning timelines, deliverables, dependencies,
and risks across a spectrum of teams and partners.

Use strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively
with a wide range of managers, instructors, SMEs and internal clients

Ensure lessons learned and standard methodologies from previous
learning initiatives and deployments are captured and implemented into
cross functional projects.

Help implement metrics and evaluation protocols for learning
deliverables in region.

_QUALIFICATIONS_

Required

Extensive experience in delivering a key L&D digital capability
programs in a diverse business and cultural environment.

Experience in demonstrating learning technology and change to deliver
business outcomes.

Excellent partner management and influencing skills at all levels of
the organisation across a complex, multicultural environment.

Previous experience collaborating with instructors, learning
professionals, product and program managers, vendors and business
partners.

Excellent writing and interpersonal skills in order to clearly
articulate processes and requirements.

_ABILITY TO_ take a risk and set clear goals for career development.

Preferred

Bachelor&#**Apply on the website**;s or Master&#**Apply on the
website**;s degree in

_EDUCATION_ al Technology,

_EDUCATION_ , Instructional Design.

Previous experience in Change Management/Digital Transformation.

A vision and passion for learning that can implement this in the real
world.

Experience supporting teams who deploy learning across the EMEALA
region.

People leadership experience.

_EXPERIENCE WORKING_ in a multinational organization.

Any additional European language would be a plus.
