YOUR NEW ROLE
In your new role as Regional Manager you will join the Operations Team
and will be responsible for the management of the Southern region
which includes residential and community based services in counties
Waterford, Cork, Limerick and Kerry. Your new role will expect you to
support delivery of the organisation?s mission, vision and values as
part of their day-to-day work and to comply and positively promote the
competency framework through behaviours in the workplace.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED
To be successful as a Regional Manager in your new role you will have:

* A third level qualification or relevant professional qualification.
3 to 5 years? management experience within the disability, broad
personal social services or healthcare sector.
* Leadership and people management skills and experience.
* Strategic planning and service development experience.
* Excellent knowledge of current policy and developments in the
disability sector.
* Experience of the HIQA Inspection process including completion and
monitoring of Action Plans to acceptance by HIQA.
* Excellent knowledge, awareness and experience of applying the
National Standards for Residential Services for Children and Adults
with Disabilities, Trust in Care and Adult Safeguarding.
* Excellent knowledge and understanding of the Assisted
Decision-Making (Capacity) Bill **Apply on the website**.
* Excellent analytical and report writing skills.
* Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) and able to
effectively communicate at all levels.
* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build
relationships internally and externally.
* Strong computer skills.
* In possession of the necessary documentation to work and live in
the Republic of Ireland and able to speak & write English fluently.
* A clean driving licence and willing to travel for work on a
regular basis and outside of normal working hours, including at least
4 days per week across the Region and when required.
