Able to work on their own from a design and specification, ability to upgrade, migrate or establish any e-commerce install. Role Description: you should be very experienced in developing and extending Magento or similar. You should also have a good understanding of working with SQL statements and databases with experience in supporting a variety of Magento templates, plugins and customisations. Strong knowledge of at least 3 of the following: Magneto Platform, PHP, MySQL, AJAX. Design workarounds and solutions where code is missing, damaged or not working. Implement Security, anti-spam and secure, safe code. You will need to be competent in the following areas of website development. Supporting and developing sites with Magento, PrestaShop, Open Cart etc. Using 3rd party payment Gateways like PayPal, RealEx etc.
