GENERAL MANAGER

The Church Support Group, celebrating its **Apply on the website**

online products to Church and School partners based mainly in Ireland,
England, Scotland and Wales. Live streaming services are enjoyed from
viewers in over **Apply on the website** countries and seeks a GENERAL
MANAGER to join the team.

In addition to Live streaming, Telecommunications services, Job
advertising services, Copyright Licensing and content -based services
are the current offerings of the group. Further expansion is planned.

Church Services TV has supplied the RTE News Channel with a daily mass
and Sunday Services, from different locations, most days since March

pandemic began.

THE OBJECTIVE

This appointment is being made to:

* Strengthen and expand the organisation.
* Assist the group CEO to lead our team of professionals into the
opportunities of the future.
* Continue the work of inducting our new electronic ticketing system
into all aspects of our organisation.
* Track and monitor progress of team performances and customer care
through hands-on servant leadership.
* Coordinate relevant information for use in planning forward.

THE JOB

* Working directly with and reporting to the Group CEO to ensure the
smooth running of the team and the organization.
* Being a point of contact for all colleagues with respect to all
aspects of the business.
* To play a leading role in the further development of the business
by assisting with the vision and strategic plan and with its
execution.
* Involvement with administration, projects, drawing up
specifications for existing and new plans, learning our CRM systems.
* Oversee team objectives and day to day operations with a hands-on
caring approach
* Managing team members within their job descriptions, with
encouragement, support, training and development, identifying and
resolving issues.
* Dealing with customer partners and supplier partners.
* Supporting the excellent customer care that the organization has
built its reputation upon, upholding standards of excellence and
quality.
* Willingness to embrace and understand all aspects of the business
including the technical, sales, marketing aspects of the various
sectors within the organisation.
* Develop an understanding of current products and services.
* Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
* Willingness to expand with the organization and to take on
additional roles as necessary.
* An ability to work as part of a team or alone as required.
* This is a full time 1year contract which can be renewed as a
full-time permanent position for the right person with further
opportunity for personal and career growth.
* Based in our Bray office or by remote working as appropriate with
Covid **Apply on the website** rules on a Monday to Friday 9am ? 5pm
basis but with flexibility as the business will dictate.
