HEAD OF QUALITY, SUPPORT AND DEVELOPMENT

performance music education.

The National Development Office is now seeking to appoint a Head of
Quality, Support and Development (QSD). Over the past decade, the
organisation has scaled nationally and is currently preparing an
ambitious new five-year strategic plan (**Apply on the website** ?
**Apply on the website**). Throughout the lifetime of this new plan,
quality of experience for children and young people will continue to
be a key strategic priority for the organisation. This senior
leadership role will be pivotal to driving this priority and the post
holder will be responsible for devising a strategic approach to
delivering on our goals for quality.

We are seeking a skilled professional with strong expertise in and a
demonstrable track record of delivering results, high standards and
achievement in music education development. You will enjoy working in
a mission driven organisation to inspire a culture of quality across a
national network. This role offers a unique opportunity for someone
dynamic to join the National Development Office at an exciting time of
development for music education in Ireland.

The position will be offered as a 5-year fixed term contract. Music
Generation?s National Development Office is located in Dublin city
centre. The job may be performed onsite or through a hybrid working
arrangement. However, the role will require the post holder to work at
and from other locations throughout the country on a regular basis.
