JOB DESCRIPTION FOR DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS, RISK AND COMPLIANCE:

This is a senior role within CFI and entails working with others in
developing systems, processes, and procedures to enable the delivery
of client centric services whilst ensuring compliance with
legislation, specific guidelines of funded programmes and quality
assurance.

Jobholder has responsibilities for developing, documenting and the
continuous improvement of processes and policies in support of
organisational goals including client engagement and programme
implementation.

Working across the operations, the Operations Director will contribute
to the development of a client centric business model that ensures
best outcomes for our beneficiates.

_INITIAL RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE:_

* Review and Development of the Operations function
* Skills Assessment and recruitment of talent
* Integration of the new Strategy from operational point of view

_ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:_

DEVELOPMENT OF KEY BUSINESS SYSTEMS PROCESS AND PROCEDURES TO ENSURE
CLIENTS CENTRE DELIVERY AND SUPPORT:

To develop and document systems, processes, procedures, and controls
across CFI to ensure quality standards are achieved and maintained.

* Enduring that systems, process and procedures are fully optimised
to capture client outcomes across CFIs activities
* Developing effective monitoring and reporting systems to aid
business and decision making and insights into organisational
effectiveness and impact
* Ensuring that systems, process, procedures, and controls are in
place to track and manage both digital data and paper records to
reduce administration, duplication of data and environmental impact.

DATA SYSTEMS AND DATA MANAGEMENT:

To oversee the implementation of organisation wide information
management systems, including Salesforce CRM, and other technological
solutions that can enhance organisational effectiveness. Responsible
for the management of all stakeholder data and ensure compliance with
Data Projection legislation.

A key aspect of this roles entails LEVERING OF TECHNOLOGY to reduce
cost, improve efficiencies and ensure compliance and standards across
a number of areas including:

* Management relations with key IT service providers to ensure all
systems are optimised to support business objectives
* Identify potential IT solutions that can be levered to improve
overall organisation effectiveness, inform business decision making,
reduce administration cost and enhance client outcomes.
* Management information systems and oversight for Knowledge
Management Strategy
* Information and data analysis (to inform business decision making)
* Tracking of stakeholder engagement across the organisation (CRM)

COMPLIANCE AND POLICY:

To fulfil the role of CFI Company Secretary in full compliance with
company law and in support of the effective and efficient operations
of each board, at their pleasure.

* Take overall reasonability for the Compliance and policy Framework
for CFI and ensure adherence with same
* Scope will include all legal and regulatory requirements including
all relevant codes of practice (include GDPR)
* Maintain an up-to-date register of all relevant policies and,
where appropriate procedures and training records
* Advise on and where appropriate, implement the necessary training
to new and existing staff in support of the policy framework.

RISK MANAGEMENT AND MIGRATION:

* Maintain an up-to-date Risk Register for CFI in accordance with the
Compliance Framework and ensure effective implementation on any
mitigating actions arising.

* Management and reporting of risk across the organisation including

* IT communications and critical business systems
* IT systems/data management

SOURCING NEW WORK PREMISES- Sourcing new office location from **Apply

EXPERIENCE:

* Expertise in project management and process development
* Expertise in IT including management information systems, Customer
Relations Management of similar
* Experience of change management in a complex, dynamic environment
* Experience of the following strategic planning or public service
design, or customer/client journey mapping, or use centred design

PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES:

Creative and innovative individual experience and knowledge of human
service design and delivery. Experience and knowledge of technology to
capture and track engagement whilst ensuring staff experience remains
client focussed.

Ability to manage and drive a diverse portfolio of responsibilities.

A clear understanding of how technology, data collection and analysis
can lever insights to enable the continuous development of services
and supports to drive organisation effectiveness.

As a driver of change, the Operations Manager will require excellent
interpersonal skills to ensure buy in from staff across the
organisation.
