MULTI TASK ATTENDANT ? FIXED TERM CONTRACT
CORK SIMON COMMUNITY IS CURRENTLY SEEKING APPLICATIONS FOR THE
POSITION OF MULTI TASK ATTENDANT.
This is a **Apply on the website**-month fixed term contract and the
post is based in Gabriel Lodge, Ahiohill, Enniskeane, Co Cork
(formerly Cara Lodge).

_PURPOSE OF THE POST:_
The Multi Task Attendant (MTA) will work as part of a
multidisciplinary team to assist in the provision of health and social
care for clients.
He/she supports and assists clients in all activities of daily living
in line with the needs and wishes of the individual and as outlined in
an agreed care plan. As directed, the MTA supports the provision of a
high quality, clean and customer focused service including attending
to housekeeping, catering, laundry, portering or general duties as
assigned.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE FOR THIS POST WILL:
* The ability to ensure that all clients are treated with dignity and
respect and ensures that the welfare of the client is a key
consideration at all times.
* Have basic management skills to maintain a clean and tidy
environment.
* Have the personal competence and capacity to properly discharge
the duties of the role.
* Maintain a safe & tidy working environment
* Have the knowledge of infection control policies and guidelines
* Successfully engage with the client?s key workers and other
various members of the multi-disciplinary team.
