CORPORATE SERVICES OFFICER ? PERMANENT POSITION

Family Carers Ireland (FCI) is _the _national charity supporting over

Family Carers Ireland is recruiting a _Corporate Services Officer._
This role is an integral part of the Corporate Services team and will
work to support the internal delivery of centralised functions
including but not limited to the areas of Board, Executive Management
Team, Finance and Compliance.

The role will involve working with staff across all internal teams in
the fulfilment of our responsibility to promote regulatory, legal and
operational compliance throughout the Organisation across a range of
functions. Some of the key areas of responsibility for the successful
candidate will be: Board & Executive Support, administrative oversight
of Compliance & Risk Management and Grants & Agreements, Finance and
Purchasing Support and ad hoc Project Support.

The successful candidate will report to the Financial Controller and
will have a close working relationship with the Chief Executive and
Head of Corporate Services/Company Secretary.

ROLE CRITERIA: The successful candidate should possess the following
ESSENTIAL criteria.

* Must be educated to Leaving Cert level (or equivalent) and pursued
further studies in Office Administration, Business or another relevant
discipline.
* At least?3 years? experience working within a busy office
environment is essential.
* Strong IT aptitude essential with advanced MS Office skills,
especially in MS Word and MS Excel.
* Experience of liaising with Senior Management and Board members is
required.
* Exceptional organisation and planning skills with the ability to
manage multiple projects to deadlines and keep stakeholders informed.
* Excellent people skills with an ability to work well with others.
* Has previously worked in a highly confidential environment.
* Fluency in English, written and verbal.
* Full drivers licence with access to own vehicle.

TERMS & CONDITIONS: Permanent, full-time contract (**Apply on the
website** hours per week; Monday - Friday). The successful candidate
will adhere to a hybrid model of working i.e. from their home location
and from Family Carers Ireland, Market Square, Tullamore, Co. Offaly.
