DESCRIPTION
SOCIAL CARE WORKER: Setting: Ecclesville, transitional housing
project. This service supports seven families who experience
homelessness, mental health, disability, and addiction problems.
RELIEF SOCIAL CARE WORKERS: Hawthorn ? Parenting capacity assessment
centre. The family come to Hawthorn for a period of twelve weeks
during which time staff assess their parenting capacity using evidence
based tools.
EARLY EDUCATION WORKER: Early Years? Service ? Working with
children aged 1 month up to four years and their families to support
their early years development.
