JOB TITLE: National Training Compliance Officer

RESPONSIBLE TO: Head of National Services

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

The National Training Compliance Officer is responsible for ensuring
the IRC is a PHECC Recognised Institution and completely all the
necessary reports, update PHECC as necessary and other PHECC related
items that are deemed necessary. The Officer, is responsible for the
efficient administration of our PHECC courses, records management and
adhering to the PHECC guidelines.

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

* Ensure the IRC remains compliant with all PHECC requirements.

* Completed the following annual audits for PHECC;

* QRF
* Recognised Institutions
* GVF
* CPG Renewals in conjunction with National Medical Officer.

* Generates reports on performance, improvements and areas for
future development, develops reporting methodology to improve
information flow within the organisation and for external
communications.
* Creates continuous process improvement initiatives to increase
efficiency, improve service delivery or reduce costs
* Provides project management and administrative support to the
Training Working Group and its sub groups.
* Assists with other specific administration tasks as required by
the Chair of the TWG and National Medical Officer
* Attends meetings at weekends and evenings where required
* Responsible for managing of National Courses in conjunction with
Programme Managers of EMT, EFR, PHTLS and CPC

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

* Ability to work efficiently as part of a team as well as
independently

* Excellent Microsoft office skills
* Excellent research and analytical skills
* Be responsible, organized, reliable and able to work in a remote
environment.
* Knowledge of Clinical Standards
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to
interact professionally with a diverse range of stakeholders
* Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
* Ability to work under pressure and meet set deadlines
