The East Coast Regional Drugs & Alcohol Task Force (ECRDATF) invites

of a Tier-2 Under-**Apply on the website** Drug and Alcohol Early
Intervention, treatment and recovery service for the East Coast Region
i.e. South Dublin and Wicklow (excluding Bray and D?n Laoghaire). For
the purpose of this tender Under-**Apply on the website** is defined
as those who are under **Apply on the website** years of age to
include those in second level education.

difficulties in relation to their drug and/or alcohol use themselves.
The service will also be required to provide advice, information and
support to service users and their families. The service will be

to include assessments, case management and aftercare programmes in

and National Drug Rehabilitation Framework (NDRF) or similar for work
with individuals and their family members.

It is essential that tender applicants respond to all requirements in
the appropriate manner. Supporting documentation and appendices must
be appropriately cross referenced. Applicants must provide a response
to all requirements, indicating whether they can support the
requirement in full, in part or not at all. The onus is on applicants
to present clear and accurate tenders rather than on the ECRDATF to
decipher mistakes or to interpret information that is not readily
understandable.

The ECRDATF will not be responsible for and may not consider
submissions, which are badly drafted or contain fundamental errors or
omissions. The evaluation will take the form of an initial desk based
assessment of tender submissions against the published award criteria.
Failure to meet any of the mandatory requirements in the tender will
result in a tender being deemed non-compliant. The ECRDATF reserve the
right to seek site visits, clarifications, presentations etc. The
ECRDATF reserves the right to contact any of the reference sites
provided by applicants at its discretion.
