TENDER FOR COMMUNITY FOUNDATION FOR IRELAND - SHORT TERM CONSULTANCY
PROJECT:
CFI is looking for an experienced consultant to assist with a piece of
work to assess the CFI operating model under the following headings:
* Current State assessment, including Governance, risk, and
compliance management
* Operational Capability to supporting growing business model,
staffing and data management
* Identification of any areas of duplication
* Identification of areas of improvement, e.g. system or process
changes
The outcome should be a report documenting the current state
assessment and recommendations as to next steps in terms of the
Operating Model, Operational Function (staffing and skillset) and
high-level programme of work to implement proposed changes.
