We are currently recruiting for an?EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT?reporting
directly to the?CEO?in our?NATIONAL OFFICE?in?DUN LAOGHAIRE, CO.
DUBLIN.

This is a?PERMANENT, FULL-TIME, **APPLY ON THE WEBSITE**

Acquired Brain Injury Ireland provides community-based rehabilitation
services for people living with a brain injury in Ireland. Our mission
is to serve, advocate, empower and support people impacted by brain
injury to rebuild their lives. Every day we work with survivors of
brain injury in their residences, helping them to work towards
achieving their potential goals and maximising their independence.

The role of the Executive Assistant is a senior role in the
Organisation and will assist the Cheif Executive Officer (CEO) in the
administration of their function. The role is responsible for
providing information, management support and representing the
executive to internal and external stakeholders. The Executive
Assistant works closely with the CEO to develop a thorough
understanding of the demands and requirements of the?CEO role on an
ongoing basis and to ensure that the systems and processes in place
within the CEO's office operate effectively to meet these
requirements.

QUALIFICATION:

* Relevant third level qualification

EXPERIENCE:

* Advanced and demonstrated knowledge of MS **Apply on the website**,
SharePoint, MS Teams and Microsoft Office Suite of products
* At least 2 years; experience in a similar role

ESSENTIAL:

* Excellent project management skills
* Proven record at providing high level administrative support in a
fast paced environment
* Excellent time management, prioritisation and multi-tasking skills
* Excellent communication skills, verbal, written, report writing
and presentation
* Able to demonstrate good attention to details, good judgement
showing logival decision making and a hands on approach
* Displays the highest level of confidentiality and discretion
* Collaborative work style with an ability to build effective
working relationships at all levels, both internally and externally
* A confident self-starter with the ability to operate in a dynamic
environment
* Travel is requireed, so a full licence is essential with access to
a vehicle

DESIRABLE:

* Previous experience of working in an area of disability/illness
would be an advantage
