ABOUT OLBS

Our Little Brothers and Sisters, hereinafter referred to as
?OLBS?, are a small volunteer charity who help with fundraising
for Gena Heraty from Co Mayo. Gena has lived and worked in Haiti for

and donated to Gena to be handled by a legal entity here in Ireland.
Due to the continued expansion of OLBS, we are now seeking to recruit
a pro-active and self-motivated part-time Executive Administrator to
support our Charity Trustees.

ABOUT THE ROLE

* Executive Administrator (**Apply on the website** Month Fixed Term
Contract)
* Location: Fully Remote Working
* Working pattern: Part-time, **Apply on the website** hours per
week. We are happy to have a discussion around flexible working hours
to suit your schedule

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

* Carry out all administration functions for OLBS; action emails
daily, acknowledge donations etc.
* Attend OLBS committee zoom meetings as required
* Record all donations and allocation of said funds. Carry out bank
transfers to Haiti
* Liaise with Accountants and Treasurer in preparation for end of
year Accounts
* Track individual donations. Collect and submit CHY forms to
Revenue for tax reclaim
* Analyse donation data to identify the most successful channels
* Continuously check website donations on Stripe and PayPal. Keep
Stripe and PayPal information up to date as required
* Work with our appointed Digital Manager on the OLBS website
* Attend monthly Board meetings and report monthly activities to the
Board
* Work to NPH values at all times
* Identify fundraising opportunities

Note: The above list comprises the core tasks and responsibilities but
is not an exhaustive list. The successful candidate will be required
to carry out reasonable ad-hoc requests as required, particularly in
the event of an Emergency situation in Haiti.

EDUCATION, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

* Previous experience working in the charity sector would be an
advantage, but not essential
* EXPERIENCE OF BOOKING KEEPING AND PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE WITH AN
ACCOUNTING SYSTEM IS ESSENTIAL e.g., Quick Books.
* Excellent administration and organisation skills
* Good communicator
* Social Media and IT skills
* Fundraising experience
