YOUTH WORK IRELAND ? RECRUITING FOR AN ADMINISTRATOR: COMPLIANCE

Working with a dedicated team, the successful candidate will support
our member youth services to make a difference in young people?s
lives. The Compliance Administrator works with the Assistant CEO and
Head of Finance as part of the Compliance team. He/She/They has
particular responsibility for the collection and collation of
information supporting our membership?s compliance with key internal
and external governance requirements. The post performs a key function
within the organisation providing support to the ACEO, administering
Data Protection, Garda Vetting and Safeguarding Training System. The
post holder will help set up and maintain reporting systems, produce
reports, follow up with members on issues and support verification
systems and visits.

Candidates should have a good general education, five years?
experience of working with administrative systems. Knowledge of, and
commitment to, the voluntary and community sector would also be an
advantage.

The candidate should have a thorough knowledge of, and experience in,
governance and compliance in the voluntary sector, CRA, CRO, Data
Protection, familiarity with tracking collecting and manipulating
information. Knowledge of Excel/Access (both use and building tools)
would also be an advantage.
