_QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:_
_ESSENTIAL:_
* Candidates?must?have a relevant qualification.?At a minimum a
B.A. in Social Care, B.A. in Applied Social Studies, or other relevant
qualification.
* Candidates must also have a deep commitment to children?s rights
and child protection and enjoy working in a dynamic, challenging
environment.
* Ability to work evening/night and/or shift work
_DESIRABLE:_
* Experience working with young people with challenging behaviour,
and in a therapeutic setting.
* A full clean driving license.
SUPPORT WORKERS AND RELIEF SUPPORT WORKERS
_QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:_
_ESSENTIAL:_
* Candidates must a minimum Level 5 Qualification awarded by the
National Qualifications Framework (NQF) QQI in a Social Care area,
Addiction, Youth Work and/or Healthcare
* Ability to work evening/night and/or shift work
* Have an understanding of trauma and working with vulnerable people
_DESIRABLE:_
* Experience working with young people with challenging behaviour,
and in a therapeutic setting.
* A full clean driving licence.
