POSITIONS:
OUT OF HOURS CASE WORKER
REPORTING TO: Manager of Out of Hours Service
LOCATION: Covering the four Midlands Counties of Longford, Laois,
Offaly & Westmeath
HOURS: **Apply on the website** hours per week ? weekday evenings
and some weekends
CONTRACT: Fixed term (**Apply on the website** months)
OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE JOB
* To respond appropriately to the needs of individuals sleeping
rough, or who are in need of support outside of normal business hours
in an outreach capacity.
* To conduct interventions with individuals experiencing
homelessness by providing them with basic supports, information and
advice.
* Work from Trauma Informed Care model.
REGIONAL CASE WORKER
REPORTING TO: Manager of the Regional Support Service (Homelessness)
LOCATION: Counties Laois, Longford, Offaly and Westmeath.
HOURS: **Apply on the website** hours per week (Monday to Friday)
CONTRACT: Fixed term (one year)
OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE JOB
The Regional Case Worker will support the needs of Midlands Simon
Community Service Users by responding appropriately and providing
interventions which facilitate their settlement into the community and
by assisting them to maintain their independent living to maximise
their potential and move out of homelessness.
