THE PERSON

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the achievement
of our mission which is to support and empower our members to provide
the highest quality Early Learning and Care and School Age Childcare
services for children and their families in centres and
childminders? homes. The Membership Manager will manage the
development, delivery, and monitoring of the organisation?s
Membership Strategy with particular reference to retaining and
expanding our membership base and engaging with our members in line

website**. This role will provide innovative ways to ensure retention
of existing members and recruitment and cultivation of new members,
including the creation of new member benefits that focus on member
excellence. This role will include managing the member services of
Garda Vetting, ECI Shop and membership.

JOB DESCRIPTION

REPORTS TO: Director of Membership, Excellence and Learning.
CONTRACT: Full-time, permanent, following probation.
LOCATION: The organisation is operating on a hybrid basis. Our
national office is based at Tallaght in south Dublin.

JOB PURPOSE:

The job holder will manage a high-impact and effective team within
Early Childhood Ireland responsible for the delivery of membership
benefits, supports, and services. Reporting into the Director of
Membership, Excellence, and Learning, the Membership Manager will play
a key role in achieving the goals of the Strategic Plan **Apply on the
website**. A key component of this role is keeping abreast of, and
testing, trends and innovations and best practices in membership
strategies and introducing creative ways to attract, retain and engage
members with very diverse needs.
