This is a great opportunity to join a long established and respected
growing organisation as the Head of Organisational Development. This
role will see you become part of the Senior Management Team, leading
the agenda for Organisation Development, Talent Management, Leadership
Development, Employee Experience, Safety, Health and Wellbeing, and
Culture initiatives.

POSITION: HEAD OF ORGANISATIONAL DEVELOPMENT

DURATION: Two-year Fixed Term Contract

REPORTING TO: Aidan Culhane, CEO

SALARY: Depending on Experience

THE ROLE:

This position will be a trusted partner and advisor to the CEO,
functional leaders and employees and will focus on delivering best in
class:

* Talent Management
* Capability building and succession planning
* Talent development programmes and initiatives
* Employee Experience & Engagement strategies
* Employee wellbeing programmes
* Reward & Recognition
* Change projects & Culture build initiatives

As a key member of the Senior Management Team, the Head of
Organisational Development will be responsible for implementing
effective strategic and operational HR that aligns with the Trust
values and enables the organisation to achieve its goals and growth
through our people.

The key objectives of the Head of Organisational Development is to
build capacity and capability through the delivery of Talent
Management & career development, Employee Engagement, Reward &
Recognition and Learning & Development strategies that will create a
diverse, skilled and high performing organisational team.
