Duties:

* Support the Dublin 8 community to engage with SICCDA services
* Work closely with the Community Development Coordinator to
identify gaps in services and devise solutions
* Develop and roll out a range of innovative programmes to
effectively engage the community, especially those who are hard to
reach
* Provide a telephone check in service to the community and clients
of SICCDA
* Engage in weekly community outreach work
* Facilitate weekly groups and complete appropriate administration
where required
* Otherwise assist as directed

* Assisting Accounts Department with various administrative & finance
related tasks
* Manual & computerised bookkeeping using QuickBooks software
* Processing of invoices
* Reconciliation of bank statements
* Recording accounts payable and accounts receivable
* Assisting with preparation of weekly payroll through Sage
* Assisting with preparation of financial claims for relevant Donors
* Assisting with preparation of financial reports
* Otherwise assist as directed

DUTIES:

* First point of contact for visitors to Citizens Information Centre
* Answering the telephone in a professional manner
* Responding to queries received in person, by telephone or by email
* Inputting of queries into database
* Providing information on the service to clients
* Arranging appointments for clients
* Liaising with Information Advisors regarding queries and clients
* Assisting Information Advisors with administrative tasks
* Maintaining and updating application forms, files and records
* Management of waiting room/area
* Making appointments for FLAC (Free Legal Advice Centre)
* To undertake accredited and industry standard training related to
the role
* Otherwise assist as directed
