JOB TITLE:?HR & Finance Coordinator

MEN?S AID PURPOSE:?Working towards zero tolerance of domestic
violence and coercive control for all victims across Ireland.

JOB PURPOSE:?The HR Admin is responsible for providing a range of
human resource operational support and administrative services which
will help us meet our organisational needs.

This role is a newly created & exciting position where you will be
able to use your skills to ensure that the organisation is leading the
way with all things Human Resources. You will be able to review our
practices & ensure we continue demonstrating best practice, as well as
cultivating a culture that embraces our values.

As this is a new role, it is likely that we may amend or add to the
job description as we evolve. However, the key responsibilities &
activities will include, amongst others:

KEY ACTIVITIES

* Responsible for all HR Administration
* Participation in all HR recruitment activities
* Maintenance and updating of the personnel system and employee
files
* Respond to HR enquiries, referring matters to the appropriate team
member when necessary
* Assist in the preparation of HR documentation and correspondence
as required
* Maintain electronic and hard copy employee records including
printing, scanning, uploading collating and filing of documentation
* Archiving of HR documentation in accordance with legislative
requirements
* Ensure all information related to the team is kept confidential
* Contributing to the continuous improvement of systems and
processes ensuring services meet professional and industry standards
* Work, Health, and Safety responsibilities, as identified in
organisational policies and procedures
* Equity and diversity responsibilities as identified in
organisational policies and procedures
* As & when needed, assist with finance & other administrative
activities

KEY COMPETENCIES

* Have a HR related qualification or be currently studying towards a
HR qualification
* Ideally, have previous work experience in a HR Department
* Be confident & self-motivated, we can be very busy &, at times,
stressful too
* Relate professionally at all levels within & outside of the
organisation
* Show confidentiality & discretion & have excellent organisational
skills
* Possess strong verbal and written communication skills
* PC Skills (Microsoft & Personnel Systems)
* The ideal candidate will have the potential to develop and broaden
the role
* Have a general understanding of Data Protection or GDPR
regulations
