To help us do this, we have a team of exceptional support staff. There
is now an opportunity to be a part of this inspiring team at our
Houben House (families) service. The role of Assistant Support Worker
is an inspirational one and key to achieving successful outcomes for
clients. As a motivated Assistant Support Worker you will be
responsible for assisting with delivering a quality programme of
support promoting client choice and control. You will address clients
support needs, enable them to make positive life choices and empower
them to lead more sustainable lifestyles.
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES WILL BE ABLE TO DEMONSTRATE:
* Previous experience of successfully working in a busy environment
and/or delivering excellent customer service
* Previous experience of successfully working within a team
environment
* Good verbal and written communication skills
* Good IT skills with previous experience of using Microsoft Office
* Flexibility
* Ability to work shifts, unsociable hours, weekend work

plus evening and Sunday premiums
WORKING HOURS: **Apply on the website** hours per week including
occasional evening and weekends
CONTRACT: Permanent
