HR GENERALIST (HYBRID WORKING)

POSITION AVAILABLE:

YOU ARE:

A self-motivated individual who has experience working in a fast paced
environment. You are committed to on-going professional development
and are able to multitask and prioritise work. You are a strong team
player who has excellent up to do date HR experience and knowledge to
bring to our team. You have excellent verbal and written communication
skills and a willingness to be involved in all aspects of HR .

WE ARE:

St. Catherine?s Association is a non-profit organisation and
registered charity funded by the HSE that provides care to individuals
with intellectual and other disabilities. We aim to provide a holistic
service from birth to adulthood including Early Services, Adult Day
Services, Residential and Respite care, and a wide range of Clinical
Services. The successful candidate will work as a member of the
multidisciplinary team and enjoy a high level of professional support.

JOB ROLE:

* Advising employees and Line Managers on Employment Law & all areas
of HR
* Absenteeism Management
* Reporting on various HR metrics
* Processing starters and leavers
* Improving HR processes
* HRIS Implementation
* Ensuring all data is accurate and up to date on HRIS
* Employee Wellbeing
* Recruitment & Selection
* Employee Compliance in line with regulatory requirements
* All aspects of HR administration
* Assisting the HR Manager on various aspects of HR

ESSENTIAL:

* Third Level HR Qualification
* 3 Years? Experience in a similar role
* Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practice
* Excellent report writing and communication skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* Ability to work in a fast paced environment
* Excellent IT skills
* Hold a full driving licence and have access to a car

DESIRABLE:

* CIPD Membership
* Experience in the Voluntary/Social Care/Intellectual Disability
Sector
* Knowledge of HIQA Regulations
* Experience working with an electronic time management system and
HR

SALARY:

As per the HSE consolidated pay scale.
