CAMPAIGNS LOGISTIC EXECUTIVE

LOCATION: Hybrid (Dublin based office 3 days per week)
POSITION TYPE: Permanent full-time contract

THE ROLE:

This role is responsible for significant planning and administrative
duties around key campaigns, this will be achieved by undertaking a
range of duties and responsibilities related to the strategic
fundraising goals of Pieta.

The purpose of the post is to deliver an excellent supporter
experience and deepen engagement with all Pieta supporters taking part
in fundraising campaigns.

The role involves the management of all logistics, fulfilment,
t-shirts, on-line merchandise, online shop and production and
distribution of print assets and all materials for Darkness into Light
and all Pieta fundraising campaigns to pre-agreed timelines and
budgets.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Day to day coordination of logistics planning and implementation
* Engaging with suppliers and committees to ensure smooth planning
and logistical management for key events and campaigns with a specific
focus on Darkness into Light

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

* Experience in fundraising or logistics role for more than 2 years
* Experience implementing new processes to tight timelines and
within agreed budgets
* Strong analytical skills, ability to spot trends and opportunities
from data
* Strong IT system and MS Office skills, particularly in Excel,
PowerPoint, Jot Forms & Salesforce
* Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate clearly to a
range of stakeholders
* Excellent organisational and administration skills
