Dundalk CTC is a voluntary organisation and a leading provider of
youth training programmes to young people from Dundalk and the
surrounding areas. Applications are invited from suitably qualified
persons for the post of:

CLERICAL OFFICER

Dundalk CTC provides vocational training and education programmes to
meet the needs of young people aged **Apply on the website** ?

school early. Programmes have been developed to enhance each
learner?s potential to learn new skills and achieve relevant
certification necessary for progression into employment, further
training or continued education. This provision is supported by LMETB
and co-funded by the Government of Ireland and the European Social
Fund. The Centre also links with other service providers to increase
the choices available to young people and enable them to make
decisions based on the local availability of a range of options.

THE ROLE

REPORTING TO: Manager of Dundalk CTC

including two long service increments
LOCATION: Dundalk CTC Mulholland Avenue, Dundalk Co Louth

_QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE_

* Strong written and oral communication skills
* Experience in Manual and Computerised Payroll (QQI Level 6
Minimum)
* Minimum 3 years proven track record in office organisation and
administration
* Experience uploading information on Social Media sites.
* IT proficient and experience in Office**Apply on the website**
* Proven ability in maintaining records in an organised and
efficient manner

_APPLICANTS SHOULD BE ABLE TO DEMONSTRATE THE ABILITY TO:_

* Operate and maintain financial and operational systems for the
Centre
* Use Microsoft applications to support the updating and operation
of management information systems
* Provide administrative support to the Board, Manager and staff
Preparation of material to support Board of Management meetings and
taking of minutes
* Work with the Manager and other staff to develop and implement
trainee recruitment, assessment and monitoring procedures
* Be responsible for the efficient organisation of office
procedures, including ordering of stationery, maintenance of office
equipment etc
* General reception duties, dealing with queries

The salary scale associated with the post is (Pro Rata) ?**Apply on
