contract work for Form F Assessments. Like many organisations we have

placed with us and we invest in and support our foster carers
accordingly. This is a contract position for a committed team player
with the flexibility to constructively engage with the challenges and
work towards sustainable outcomes.
We recognise the value of informed therapeutic practices such as DDP
(Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy) which we are actively adopting in
support of our foster carers. Our attitude of acceptance, curiosity
and empathy helps us to understand how trauma and attachment
difficulties are communicated in the daily lives of our foster
families. We encourage regulation and reflection to discover the
meaning behind presenting behaviour.
The payment will be based upon each completed or part completed Form F
Assessment.
Applicants should have qualifications in social work, experience in
delivering services in the areas of fostering, child protection and/or
children in care. You will need to show evidence of a clean driving
record and have the use of private transport to service your caseload.
