Rite to Freedom Ireland: Residential Retreat Recruitment Co-ordinator
for an
overview of our work and programmes.

We are looking for a passionate, reliable, creative individual to help
promote and recruit participants to our innovative addiction recovery
programmes in Ireland.

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA

* excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* connection to local, regional and national recovery communities in
Ireland
* experienced in marketing, promotion and recruitment for small
organisations
* at ease meeting new people and organisations and developing
partnerships
* able to work to own schedule using initiative and imagination in
your work
* familiar with Word, Excel, Dropbox, Zoom, current Social Media
platforms (and others as required)
* up to date and reliable computer and smartphone
* reliable internet connection (minimum 3MB download and upload)
* experienced in self organising and self motivation

DESIRABLE

* understanding and experience of addiction recovery (professional
and/or personal)
* in addiction recovery or is a family member or friend of someone
in addiction recovery
* experience and understanding of a range of addiction recovery
modalities
* experience of arts in health practice
* in regular mindfulness/meditation/retreat practice
* experience in conflict resolution and peace-making
* fundraising experience (for small organisations and charities)

WORK ENVIRONMENT: Remote working and in person meetings

ATTENDING R2F RESIDENTIALS:
This will be a key part of your understanding of how R2F works. _This
will be unpaid_. Your accommodation and food will be covered plus
limited travel expenses.
The current location for the next two R2F residentials in Ireland (Oct

ROLE SUPERVISION: You will have access to an ongoing induction to our
work, supervision, support and (funding permitting) relevant training.

LIMITED TRAVEL EXPENSES: To cover travel to meetings, promotional work
etc.
