YOUR NEW ROLE
In your new role as a Social Care Worker, you work with a team in an

people in your care. You will avail of the resources your company
provides its care teams to provide quality, child-led services. You
will work directly with young people in residential settings and
support them in their academic, physical, and emotional development.
Your new role also requires administrative duties and responsibilities
pertaining to the progression practice and implementation of placement
plan objectives for young people.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED
To succeed in your new role as a Social Care Worker, you will:

* Have a minimum QQI Level 7 in Community Care/ Social Care/ Social
Work/ Applied Social Studies/ Youth Work or related field.
* You will be available to work day and sleep-over shifts and have
availability on weekends and bank holidays.
* Have a full driver?s licence.
* You will be a team player and have a calm, welcoming and patient
attitude.
