time chef/cook to join our Early Year?s Team.
You must have at least two years? experience working as a chef/cook
and possess excellent standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Responsible to ensure that food hygiene standards implemented and
maintained.
* To ensure that all records are completed inline with E.H.O.
H.A.C.C.P and Q.A.
* To ensure an excellent level of cleanliness throughout the kitchen
area
* Oversee the weekly menu in conjunction with the staff and children
in the service
* Oversee the food ordering and stock control to ensure effective
resourcing for the daily delivery of the menu.
HOURS
