ABOUT DORAS: Doras is an independent, non-profit, non-governmental
organisation working to promote and protect human rights since the

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE: The Project Worker will work with Doras project
management staff to implement a EU-funded integration project called
?INTEgreat?. The project worker will design and develop a range of
capacity building and training initiatives aimed at promoting and
facilitating integration of migrants in Limerick city. The project
worker will be responsible for a range of duties including capacity
building and training programme design, training delivery, individual
support, stakeholder engagement, communications and outreach, report
writing, data collection and evaluation.
