live streaming from Cathedrals and Churches in Ireland and the UK. It
also provides daily services to RTE.
It has plans to expand into other areas of live streaming in **Apply

JOB DESCRIPTION
The job is to support our live streaming partners with their
requirements in setting up and maintaining their cameras,
troubleshooting when they have issues and training them to make the
most use of their equipment.
An ideal candidate for this position would have experience of or a
strong interest in technical areas, including networking, cameras,
telephony. The successful candidate will join a team of professionals
supporting our live streaming partners to deliver best quality to
their audiences and help with queries.
The successful candidate will be expected to learn and grow with the
team and be happy to speak with our partners by phone in addition to
using email and our response systems.
Some knowledge of or willing to learn basic software in PHP/My
SQL/Ubuntu would be an advantage.
The position would suit an IT Graduate or Trainee
Our business is conducted in English, so fluent language in written,
spoken and technical is essential.
