Cl?r I.C.H. is an Approved Voluntary Housing Association delivering
energy retrofitting services in Connaught and the midlands area. Cl?r
I.C.H. is an approved contractor on SEAI?s Fuel Poverty Framework,
has consecutively delivered Community Energy Contracts (formally known
as Better Energy Community) since **Apply on the website** installing
energy upgrades in domestic households and the commercial sector.
Cl?r I.C.H. continues to expand its retrofitting services and is to
become a designated One Stop Shop (OSS) for the West of Ireland. Cl?r
I.C.H. is now seeking the following position on a contractual basis
with the vision of becoming a full-time position within twelve months:

QUALITY CONTROL DELIVERY MANAGER / ONE STOP SHOP COORDINATOR

DUTIES:

* To ensure consistent delivery of quality services and products to
households.
* Develop, implement, maintain, and oversee a Quality Management
System.
* Liaise with the Senior management team, site and office personnel
to ensure compliance with the QMS. This will include client, design
team and sub-contractor Quality Managers.
* Working closely with Senior Management within the group, take full
responsibility for the management of the company Quality Management
System (QMS) in accordance with ISO **Apply on the website**:**Apply

* Work with others in the company to develop, promote, and achieve
improvements and higher standards in the quality of company operations
and completed works.
* Carry out regular audits of the site and issue audit reports to
the Senior Management Team.
* Prepare Quality Management Plans (QMP) for projects as they
commence.
* Regularly inspect the works for compliance with specification,
quality of workmanship, building standards, Building Regulations, and
adherence to program.
* Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines as well as legal
obligations.
* Set requirements for raw material or intermediate products for
suppliers and monitor their compliance.
* Supervise and provide guidance and feedback.
* Inspect final output and compare properties to requirements.
* Ensure that the quality management system and quality control
procedures are implemented, that inspections take place, and that
records are kept.
* Compile assessment reports at Practical / Substantial Completion,
noting adherence to / divergence from the QMS and QMP and performance
of site management and subcontractors.
* Ability to produce reports when required.
* Ensuring all necessary certification and paperwork required from
contractors is sourced and uploaded to complete jobs as efficient and
quickly as possible.
* Manage the collection and handover of regulatory documentation to
SEAI and householders.
* Lead, manage health and Safety and environmental compliance
ensuring a safe working environment.
* Coordinate Contractors and Sub Contractors on site to ensure that
works are scheduled and complete as efficiently as possible.
* Identify and overcome bottlenecks and quality constraints.
* Liaise with householders to ensure the highest possible customer
satisfaction.
* Scaling up delivery as future growth levels demand.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

* Minimum of 3 years working in a quality assurance / engineering /
contracts position in the energy retrofitting sector.
* Minimum Degree qualification or higher in quality assurance /
engineering sector.
* Proficient in ISO Quality Assurance.
* PSDS Qualification.
* Strong planning, organisational and project management skills to
deliver and monitor quality processes.
* Attention to detail and priorities high standards, results focused
and ensures consistent quality.
* Technically minded with a mechanical aptitude for problem solving.
* IT literate and numeric.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to use time productively, maximise efficiency and meet
challenging work goals.
* Possess ability to work well as part of a team and independently.
* Must have excellent verbal and written communication and
presentation skills.
* Must have fluent English and be eligible to work in Ireland.
* Motivating staff and others to meet standards and procedures.
* A leader, team player and excellent communicator.
