Bray Area Partnership (BAP) is recruiting for the position of Team
Leader to work with our locally managed T?s Initiative Schemes.
T?s is an activation initiative for people who are unemployed and on
the live register. It provides short-term quality working
opportunities for participants in host-organisation community groups
providing community-based services.
The Team Leader will work as part of a team in the management and
operation of the T?s Initiative Schemes.

The successful candidate will be offered a one-year employment
contract with no less than a six months? probationary period.
Further employment contracts may be offered subject to satisfactory
performance of duties, the continuation of the T?s Initiative and the
ongoing availability of the necessary resources from the relevant
source to fund the position. The salary for this position will be as
prescribed by the Department of Social Protection pay scale: the first
