WHAT IS THE POSITION

Reporting to the Business Manager, the Scheduling & Rostering
Administrator will be responsible for the co-ordinating and management
of the rostering of frontline Advanced Community Care nursing staff.

LOCATION: Resilience Head Office in Ennis, Co. Clare OR Regional
Office in Mahon, Co. Cork (hybrid model)

TYPE OF CONTRACT: Full-time permanent

REQUIREMENTS

* A minimum of two years? experience in an administrative role.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
* A qualification in Administration is desirable.
* Previous experience in the use of an IT rostering system will be a
distinct advantage.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

* Support the Regional Manager and Nurse Managers in the rostering of
Staff Nurses and Healthcare Assistants.
* Have a core understanding of the rostering system used by
Resilience and utilise the system across Resilience to maintain and
monitor staff rostering and any other requirements by the system.
* Produce a weekly roster in conjunction with the Nurse Mangers in a
timely manner.
* Responsible for ensuring the rosters are maintained and updated
with the best possible outcomes for the client.
* Monitor the fill rates of the individual shifts and reporting this
to management monthly.
* Liaise with payroll and accounts regards billing of work.
* Attend training courses and meetings both in-house and at other
locations to meet and enhance the service being provided by
Resilience.
* Act as an ambassador for the company.
* Adhere to relevant policies and procedures.
* Complete any other tasks as delegated by the Business Manager
and/or Director of Advanced Community Care.
