Founded in **Apply on the website**, Outhouse is the LGBT+ community
resource centre in Dublin. Our vision is of a vibrant and safe space
for LGBT+ people, groups, and organisations that are inclusive of the
diversity of our communities.

Our mission is to provide a safe space that facilitates and encourages
the growth of services and supports the LGBT+ communities.

In all of our work, we are guided by community, equality, and
partnership principles.

the website** people per year access our services that include; a
drop-in service; sexual health drop-in clinic; personal development
courses; peer support groups; a community caf?; Ireland's only queer
library & theatre; office & multi-purpose meeting rooms for hire;
information, referral & support services; outreach & training;
activities & events.

The purpose of this role is to support the fundraising function within
the organisation. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic
self-starter, looking to build a career as a professional fundraiser,
who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of LGBT+
people. In this role you will, with guidance, support the
implementation of the organisation's ambitious fundraising strategy.
There is enormous potential in the role for an enthusiastic
self-starter with a passion for human rights and equality.

As part of this developmental role, a place on the Certificate in
Fundraising Course run by Charities Institute Ireland will be fully
funded.
