JOB DESCRIPTION

The role of Corporate Responsibility Executive is to assist the
Sustainability Advisers to deliver on BITCI?s services to member
companies. The CR Executive will help implement BITCI?s development
strategy, particularly in relation to working with major companies on
embedding responsible and sustainable business practices across the
organisation. The role reports to the Assistant Manager of Advisory
Services.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

* Support CR Advisers in delivering services to member companies
primarily in the areas of Community Engagement and Inclusive
Employment
* Work on project content including write-up, presentation material,
action plan and summary for social inclusion projects.
* Support the delivery of BITCI?s Elevate Campaign for inclusive
workplaces, including data collection and processing, meeting
management, creation of campaign materials.
* Support in design and delivery of client meetings including
recording of meeting minutes
* Build and maintain Social Inclusion Calendar for the year marking
key events/ observation days
* Build and maintain Event Register for upcoming Social Inclusion
events
* Provide administrative support to member events (in-person and
virtual) including flagship events, network meetings, knowledge
sessions to name a few
* Conduct desk-based research on various topics and member companies
* Support CR Advisers in creating and maintaining collateral like
Volunteering Brochure, Best practice examples etc.
* Keep administrative records on CRM and SharePoint up to date as
required

EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS AND KNOWLEDGE

_ESSENTIAL_

* Educated to degree level (or with equivalent experience) preferably
in business or sustainable development or related discipline.
* Knowledge of the various business sectoral networks and civil
society organisations in Ireland
* Fluency in written and spoken professional English

_DESIRABLE_

* Knowledge of corporate responsibility and sustainability as applied
in large businesses.
* Experience in Microsoft Office, Microsoft CRM and SharePoint
