SENIOR PARTICIPATION OFFICER
PROJECT SUMMARY
We are currently recruiting a Senior Participation Officer to the
National Participation Office Team. For?ige has been awarded the

option of maximum two year extension) to provide Children and Young
People?s Support Services to the Department of Children, Equality,
Disability , Integration and Youth (DCEDIY). This has involved the
establishment of the National Participation Office on behalf of the
DCEDIY. This builds on For?ige?s previous record of the provision

THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING ESSENTIAL
REQUIREMENTS;
* Excellent interpersonal skills, including ability to liaise with a
wide range of contacts and build and maintain effective working
relationships
* Communication and team working skills
* Leadership skills and experience of leading a team
* Excellent standards of accuracy and attention to detail
* Ability to work with confidential information
* Ability to be creative and work in a timely and efficient manner
* Ability to be proactive, use own initiative and work effectively
within a pressurised environment
* Good written communications skills, including ability to draft
summary information and correspondence
* Good IT skills, including word processing, Excel, Internet and
PowerPoint
* Access to Car and Full Driving Licence
