Dominican Sisters (Galway): House Manager / Health Care Assistant
HOUSE MANAGER / HEALTH CARE ASSISTANT

The Dominican Sisters, Taylor?s Hill, Galway are currently seeking a
full ? time experienced House Manager / Health Care Assistant whose
duties will include but not be limited to, overseeing staff and
services in the Convent and supporting and caring for the Sisters in
the Convent.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

* Demonstrable managerial experience of working in a relevant
environment.
* Level 5 FETAC qualification or equivalent
* An understanding of nutrition and the administration of
medication.
* Successfully undertaken health and safety training including
manual handling
* Excellent communication skills in dealing with people
* Ability to work in a collaborative process with the Sisters and
Staff
* Knowledge of best practice in HR and statutory workplace issues
and policies
* Proficiency in relevant computer applications
* A full clean driving licence
* Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
