We are looking for a colleague capable of shaping our highly
innovative and professionally delivered community-based service, with
the associated infrastructure at our Santry-based Centre.

You will have proven experience in the implementation and monitoring
of efficient and effective business processes and procedures which
will provide the support framework for an efficient and effective
service delivery to facilitate _Life and Living with a severe Acquired
Brain Injury (sABI)_ for our clients.

ABOUT THE AN SAOL FOUNDATION?S NEUROLOGICAL REHABILITATION DAY
CENTRE

The Centre opened in **Apply on the website** and provides advanced
services for clients presenting with a severe Acquired Brain Injury
(sABI) and their families/circle of support. The service is part of a
three-year pilot demonstrator project supported by the HSE (Section
**Apply on the website**), based in Santry, Dublin. It is envisaged
that the service will be extended to include residential and respite
care, and to other regions in Ireland, over time. The client-centred
service is highly innovative and is delivered in accordance with
national and international guidance by leading experts and the latest
research in the field.

We firmly believe in a multidisciplinary approach and expect
applicants to be prepared to fully embrace a cross-disciplinary, open,
inclusive, and holistic service delivery aimed at the improvement of
and support for a client-defined quality of life.

Our work has already changed the life of our clients. For the first
time, many have now access to a place to live their life, a voice, and
the support they require.
