BUSINESS IN THE COMMUNITY IRELAND is excited to invite candidates to
apply for the position of INTEGRATION SUPPORT WORKER in the EPIC
Programme, reporting to the Employment Programmes Manager.

The PURPOSE OF THE ROLE is to provide psychosocial support to
participants in the EPIC Programme and help them to access the
programme; to co-ordinate EPIC Integration training; to co-ordinate
business mentoring programmes; and to oversee the small grants fund
and IT equipment loan scheme.

The EPIC PROGRAMME supports asylum seekers, refugees, and vulnerable
migrants to find employment and integrate in Ireland, by providing
training, ongoing individual support, and links with businesses.?EPIC

year.?EPIC is funded by the Department of Children, Equality,
Disability, Integration and Youth with additional funding from
Community Foundation Ireland and corporate sponsorship.

JOB SUMMARY

* _Hybrid working ? Dublin 7 Office_
* _Require a recognized qualification in Counselling / Psychotherapy
/ Psychology / Social Work / Social Care__ OR RELEVANT COMPARATIVE
WORK EXPERIENCE._
* _Minimum of two years? experience working with vulnerable
individuals, preferably the target group_
