Director.

innovative Clinical Director to oversee and lead our clinical practice

POSITION SUMMARY

The Clinical Director is the mental health lead for the organisation
providing strategic and clinical leadership for the growing network of
innovative Jigsaw youth mental health community and online services
and supports and other key aspects of the organisation?s work. The
Clinical Director works in close collaboration with the Director of
Services in overseeing the planning, delivery and evaluation of the
Jigsaw service network. Specifically, the Clinical Director is
responsible for ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, high quality

collaboratively with senior colleagues to contribute to the strategic
growth and future sustainability of Jigsaw, while promoting integrated

The role of Clinical Manager is suited to experienced
clinical/counselling/educational psychologists, social workers, mental
health nurses and occupational therapists. The Clinical Manager is the
mental health lead for the Jigsaw service, providing clinical
leadership across the therapeutic support service and indirect
activities such as capacity building and community awareness. The
Clinical Manager is responsible for clinical governance and acts as
the clinical lead for the transdisciplinary Jigsaw team which works
with young people experiencing mild to moderate mental health
difficulties. The Clinical Manager and Service Manager work closely
together to ensure the safe and effective delivery of the Jigsaw
service.

The role of Senior Jigsaw Clinician is suited to Social Workers,
Psychotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Mental Health Nurses and
Clinical/Counselling/Educational Psychologists with a minimum of 3
years? post qualification experience.

Senior Jigsaw Clinicians offer short-term therapeutic supports to

mild to moderate mental health difficulties. This usually involves 1:1
work with the young person and sometimes it can include other family
members as well. Our senior clinicians come from diverse professional
backgrounds encompassing qualifications in social work, occupational
therapy, mental health nursing, clinical/counselling/educational
psychology, and psychotherapy, and they work as part of

services across the country. All of our clinicians share the same
scope of practice to support the goals of our young people in a
collaborative, respectful, and evidence-informed manner while drawing
on their own unique training, experience, and skills. As senior
members of the clinical team, Senior Jigsaw Clinicians assume

Clinical Manager in ensuring safe, effective, high quality service

SERVICE MANAGER ? DUBLIN SOUTH WEST

The Service Manager will be primarily responsible for the operational
implementation of the Jigsaw service. The Jigsaw Service Manager will
work as part of collaborative leadership team (Service Manager and
Clinical Manager) to ensure the safe and effective delivery of the
Jigsaw service.
Working closely with the Clinical Manager, the Service Manager will
ensure the service is in compliance with service related policies and
procedures. The Service Manager has lead responsibility for oversight
and management of delivery of youth mental health promotion
programmes, youth and community participatory structures and community
engagement activities. The Service Manager also holds responsibility
at local level for budget management and oversight of premises and
health and safety.
This is a?FULL-TIME, PERMANENT ROLE.?This role is based in Jigsaw
Dublin South West and is a front facing role with daily interactions
with Young People and members of the public. Access to home working is
occasional and is offered based on responsibilities of the role and
the needs of the Service and Young People.
