Your new company is an established Service that provides Support to

vulnerable children who are impacted by negative experiences. They

risk of marginalization in their youth.

YOUR NEW ROLE

In your new role as a Project Worker, you will empower clients by
respecting their rights and diversity and treating them with dignity
and respect. You will provide effective care and support by
acknowledging the challenges your clients face and dealing with
situations sensitively.

You will coordinate the support plans of assigned key-clients and take
oversee the administration responsibilities for them. You will provide
clients with initial assessment and family support by traveling around
for daily home visits.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED

To be successful as a Project Worker you will have a QQI level 7
qualification in Social Care or another related field. You will have 2
years of relevant post-qualification experience working with and have
availability to work Monday to Friday with the occasional weekend. You
should have good written, oral and IT skills. Conflict resolution
skills and a good understanding of low threshold services and the harm
reduction model would make you a strong candidate. You will need to
have a driver?s license and access to your own vehicle.
