CLIENT PARTNERSHIPS MANAGER
The Anne Sullivan Foundation are looking to recruit a CLIENT
PARTNERSHIPS MANAGER. This newly created hybrid role will focus on
cultivating and maintaining client partnerships across a number of
sectors, providing high quality relationship management, to assist ASF
in delivering its strategic goals of expanding services nationwide and
the provision of ?fit for purpose? accommodation for residents.
The successful candidate will also develop and implement a plan to
grow income from Grants, Trusts and Foundations by building on the
existing pipeline and developing new opportunities and funding
sources.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES-
* Relationship management across Corporates, the wider Community and
Individuals
* Proactively develop and secure a pipeline of strategic corporate
partnerships
* Identify funding opportunities and generate leads
* Research/develop a pipeline of high-net-worth Individuals and an
associated major gift fundraising plan
* Identify and progress relevant Trusts and Foundations to support
ASF strategic plans
* Develop and write professional grant/funding proposals, corporate
applications and update reports
* Present to existing and prospective corporates and major
donors/philanthropists
* Design and execute an appropriate donor care process and donor
cultivation and stewardship plan
* Manage and update donor database in line with GDPR and data
protection guidelines
* Review and analyse fundraising programmes and campaigns on an
ongoing basis, to maximise opportunities and identify areas for
improvement
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
* Excellent relationship management skills
* Strong presentation and communication skills, both written and
verbal
* One year + experience working in a similar role
DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS
* Experience working in a Social Care setting, such as The Anne
Sullivan Centre
* Strong IT skills
* Knowledge of legislative requirements/codes of practice (Data
protection, governance and best practice)
Location: Remotely and on site in Stillorgan, Co Dublin
