result, have the following vacancies within Intellectual Disability
Services:

COMMUNITY SUPPORT WORKER
CORK HOME SUPPORT, CORK

We are currently recruiting Support Workers to join our growing team
in our services in Cork. We have vacancies in our day services,
residential, respite and home support services. We are primarily based
in east cork but have services also in the city.

Our services provide person centred support and skill development
programs to adults with Autism throughout Cork. We strive to provide a
person centred service working in partnership with service users,
their families and stakeholders to support the individual needs of our
service users. We aim to enhance each individual?s quality of life
by supporting them to build and develop a range of skills. This can
range widely but can include skills such as daily living skills,
social skills, and safety skills.

The team is equipped with the knowledge and skills to deliver the
person centred support and we have a focus on implementing positive
behaviour support. Our mission is to ensure that those availing of our
services have a quality of life that we all aspire to. We aim to
develop the potential of each client, by treating each person as a
unique and respected individual having equal rights and entitlements
as the rest of society.
