SENIOR FUNDRAISING EXECUTIVE

Central Remedial Clinic (CRC) is recruiting a suitably qualified
experienced Fundraising Executive with specialist experience in
Corporate Partnerships and Trusts, Foundations and Grants. This is a
fantastic opportunity for you to join a small but dynamic team with
ambitious plans to further develop and increase giving programmes in
line with the ambitious CRC strategic plan. Currently there are four
in the team, with plans for future growth. The position offers you the
opportunity to develop and grow this key function within the
fundraising team. In addition, this is a unique opportunity to make
the role your own.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

_Reporting directly to the Head of Fundraising and working alongside
her, you will be responsible for the following:_

* Develop and implement a 3-year strategy to grow the existing
corporate programme and deliver on agreed targets and KPIs
* Successfully manage relationships with existing corporate
partners, and key people within grant-making bodies, with the aim of
maximising the potential of our current portfolio of supporters.
* Through collaboration with the wider CRC organisation, identify,
qualify, and develop stewardship plans for institutional prospects,
ensuring the correct processes are followed when progressing
supporters through the fundraising cycle.
* Develop comprehensive funding and grant proposals, presentations,
funding applications and impact reports to a professional standard.
* Seek and secure new support for the organisation in the areas of
sponsorship, corporate fundraising, grants, trusts & foundations.
* Network at all levels to build new relationships for the
organisation.
* Track, manage and record corporate, trust and foundations activity
on the CRM system.
* Manage corporate budget and return on investment from corporate
activities.
* Work closely with the Head of Fundraising, Fundraising Team,
Senior Management Team, Fundraising Sub-Committee, and managers
representing our Services to deliver corporate and TFG income targets.
* Lead the planning, research, monitoring, writing and stewardship
of the CRC?s grant applications.
* Deliver high-quality reporting and stewarding service to the
trust, foundation and grant making supporters.
* Participate in relevant training and development courses as agreed
by the Head of Fundraising.
* Act as primary person responsible for the organisations awards
applications and write compelling applications in collaboration with
internal stakeholders.
* Provide support to fundraising department in preparation of
events.

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

* A minimum of 2 years? experience in corporate and TFG fundraising
is essential
* Experience of writing funding and grant proposals and applications
is essential
* Excellent understanding of fundraising best practices and
charities? compliance
* A proven track record of achieving and delivering agreed
fundraising targets
* Experienced networker with an ability to manage multiple
relationships at all levels
* A third level qualification in a relevant discipline is essential,
such as Business / Research / Communications / Social Sciences or
other relevant area
* Strong ability to manage budgets, finance, and fundraising
* Flexibility, creativity, initiative, and a growth mind-set
essential

* Strong computer skills to include MS Office - Word, Excel,
PowerPoint, and Canva

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

* A full driving license and access to a car as this position
requires some travel.
* Flexibility to travel as required.
