Pobail le Ch?ile is a Community Development Project based in
Falcarragh, Co. Donegal, which has been operating for almost **Apply
on the website** years. We manage a wide programme of community
development initiatives including educational, cultural, Irish
language, personal development, community wellbeing and family
support. We particularly focus on the most marginalised and
disadvantaged within our community.
We are looking for a suitable person to coordinate and help manage
Pobail le Ch?ile?s Social Inclusion work in a full-time capacity to

It is important that you have experience in and/or professional
qualification in the area of community development or related fields
and can work well with the Management Committee and other
organisations (including State bodies) to effectively deliver all
projects. Ideally you will also have experience in supervising staff
and volunteers.
It will be essential to have Irish language skills and an ability to
complete some or all of your duties through Irish.
The salary and conditions are dependent on knowledge, experience and
qualifications. There will be opportunities for professional
development for the appointed person. The successful candidate will be
subject to a 4 month probationary period.
