HEAD OF LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT
HYBRID (MINIMUM OF 2 DAYS PER WEEK IN BELFAST)
The Head of Learning & Development is a pivotal role within the
organisation, ensuring that the learning experiences we offer (from
day one, and right throughout our people?s careers) are exceptional.
Equipping our teams to deliver exemplary care and support to some of
the most vulnerable people in our society, based on their individual
needs.
Are you an experience L&D practitioner with a desire to make a
difference? If so, we would love to hear from you. Our preference
would be that you would have a background in social care or nursing,
but if you don?t we would still love to hear from you.

Full Time (Hybrid ? 2 days in Belfast)
