promotes and fosters youth development through the operation of
various youth services in urban and rural areas throughout the
country. For?ige is currently recruiting for the following position:
TRAINING OFFICER
PROJECT SUMMARY
The Training Officer supports and ensures best practice in relation to
design, facilitation, evaluation and consultancy for a range of
inservice training, programmes and initiatives under the remit of the
Training, Learning and Development function within For?ige. The
specific focus for this role will be in the area of Relationships and
Sexuality Education. The Training Officer will lead out on the
facilitation of For?iges Real U programme Training facilitation is a
blended approach, with the Training Officer role encompassing
facilitating training in person, online and support to participants
for self directed learning using LMS.
THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING ESSENTIAL
REQUIREMENTS;
* Education to National Degree standard
* A minimum of 1 years relevant work experience
* Access to car and full driving licence
* Ability to facilitate the learning process
* Excellent team working skills
* Experience and understanding of training, programme and curriculum
design
Significant experience and understanding of the design and provision
of staff training
